Actually Grimoire of Zero, Kemono Friends and Ms. Kobayashi (Dragons) were probably the last "mainstream" ones we got in some time.

Well idk if those softcore shows like Monster Musume and Centaur count either. I suppose there aren't too many shows of the MC being Kemono.
