I'm just not really a fan of the whole splitting the game into parts, as I feel I don't really have the full game in the cart, and I'm not happy with the idea that I'd have to compensate for part of the game so that publishers can save some costs.

Oh I agree, it's a shitty anti-consumer practice that no respectable dev should stoop to. But as long as the download isn't huge, I'd rather put up with the mild inconvenience than miss out on playing Wolfenstein altogether.
