Gotta disagree with you on that, PC is stunted now with devs adding DRM inti piracy software (giving the best of builds trouble), devs failing to optimize or giving priority to console and releasing broken games. Steam is just a mess of shovel ware and with GPU prices skyrocketing it's getting less accessible more quickly. The only thing that PC excels at these days are the PC staple genres. Even graphics are been done better on consoles than PC, just look at Horizon zero dawn. |
No one is making one buy steam shovelware - but I will give you GPU prices. Can't combat people's desire to sit on their ass and earn money while doing no work at all.
Crappy DRM has been a thing with PC games since forever, it not the common situation though, luckily.
