It is hard to overstate just how insane Black Panther success was when it beat everything else Marvel has done.  I think infinity War will smash the opening week doing $250 million, but then its legs will be the big question mark competing against Deadpool and Star Wars.

Black panther has done amazingly, it's the only movie I've watched in the cinema more than once. And so far is my favourite marvel movie. 

To compare him being in civil war vs him being in infinity war is pretty silly though. 
Domestically it'll be interesting, but worldwide there's no chance.
