Why would some usb-charger brick the Switch? The Switch has standard USB-C for charging. Nothing fancy.

Well, it seems that the Switch ain't 100% USB-C compliant:

But I guess (hope), that it's only a problem for 3rd-party-docks which activate the more demanding TV mode, not USB chargers and power banks which just recharge the Switch and keep it in handheld mode.
