I'd say a 60 is hovering around average since it's below the norm for games on MC while 50s and below is below average.
Reason I say 50s is below average is because, by that metric, Transformers: the Last Knight has a barely average score on IMDb despite the fact that pretty much everyone says it's garbage and one of, if not THE worst movie of 2017.
