Goku is not a video game character! Dragon Ball didn't come from video games, it was extension of it. If Dragon Ball was created from games and then they started making Mangas of the game and the video games went on hiatus for decades Goku would still be a video game character in that senario because in that case it came from videos games. No matter how many games Goku has been in that will never change the fact that he didnt come from video games.
