I would say that they just forgot to announce cancellation, as while Xxain said it's cancelled, I cannot find a clear-cut message to such from google.
I think that The Last Remnant for PS3 kept charting in this list up until 2011/2012, and it underwent development difficulties, but not officially cancelled - so people just kept voting.
