Do you really think that new FIFA releases don’t push consoles? And that’s like saying that new CoD releases don’t push consoles because everyone interested already has one by now.

Probably worded it wrong, what I meant was that they don't give a big push at their respective release, but instead contribute more to the baseline sales of the console.

CoD does both, but annual sports titles are more for the baseline than for short sales bursts.
