As for Third-Party games, I have 30-31 (Again depending on the status of Mario + Rabbids) and all are Digital.

Mario + Rabbids counts as first party game. I've put a list of uncertain titles into the OP, so you can look over that and verify if one of your 30 third party titles isn't actually a first party game.

Then in that case, I'll alter my counts:

- The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (D)
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (D)
- Splatoon 2 (D)
- Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle (D)
- Bayonetta 2 (D)
- Super Mario Odyssey (D)

Third-Party games: 29 games, all digital.
