They said that they would remove any negative reviews that were offensive "in their opinion" in order to prevent a repeat of users tanking the score. They haven't disclosed any stats on how many they removed versus how many they kept. Also, don't you think it takes time to read thru the reviews? An algorithm can't do that. The score will likely fluctuate for awhile. Alot of people will be politically motivated to give it as good as score as possible and a score as bad as possible. Which one do you think is gonna be removed?
