That's not my argument at all, I'm just saying there is nothing like the wii. you bring up nintendo dogs, DS price was only  129.99, and the games were 20-30$. I'm just saying labo appeals to kids mainly, and i don't see parents spending 400$ to play a video game using cardboard. we'll see soon enough though.

Individual games have pushed people to purchase systems worth hundreds of dollars for decades, pretty much every successful system ever has had such "killer apps". As to whether Labo itself will be one such product, we'll just have to wait and see.
