This doesn't mention Ubisoft so my bad. But a 1080 is on the way. Steep has been delayed a few times so wouldn;t surprise me if the speculation turned out to be true.  At this point makes more sense than porting a game everyone forgot exists anyway years late.

I agree if the ports comes it has come too late. I've just bought it for the Xbox One with the Winter Olympics expansion- I would have thought they'd have pushed it out ahead of the Olympics to give it a boost from that.

Had t been out I'd have probably got it in the Switch so I'll have to see what happens with 1080.
