I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it ended up being close, though. Nintendo games have crazy legs. As the Switch improves it's install base I don't know if Splatoon 2 will maintain being a top priority or not. But I wouldn't be surprised if they both ended up being very close. 

I actually think this is way harder than people are making it out to be. Specifically Splatoon 2 vs. Monster Hunter World. Well done OP. 

Well, 1 additional version of Monster Hunter has still yet to release, so I think, everything included, it should win, worldwide.
