I liked Jensen and her struggle, she was actually far more interesting and tragic than Hamilton.
I'd say this movie reminds me of Black Mirror in that it isn't as much science fiction, but a negative interpretation of technology and its affect on society. You have to suspend disbelief a lot, I mean "We ran out of energy"? If fossil fuels were running out, we'd know it and prices would spike causing a flood of investment in solar, wind, geothermal, and hyrdo or tidal energy projects. If you can get past these issues I think it was fine, liked it more than Cloverfield, less than 10 Cloverfield Lane.
