Windows 10. I was using Windows 7 until about a month ago, but I got a new SSD and had to reinstall stuff, so I figured I might as well upgrade to Windows 10 since in two years, I'm going to have to anyway - and I'm probably not going to have to reinstall before that, so this was the moment. I'd very happily switch to Linux, but games still don't support it that well so it's not really an option, and dual boot is pretty cumbersome so that's not an option either.
