Well, it makes sense to a certain degree. A handheld-only or a home console-only Switch can save a lot of money, specially the home console-only version. No screen, no battery, no need for expensive mobile parts... They could offer it at 150€ or less, if they play their cards right, and that could add a ton of new customers.
