Should the 'Microsoft Buying E.A' rumors become true, what is the effect on Nintendo

If Microsoft buys EA I am sure that FIFA, Madden and NHL series would still release the games on Sonys console. Otherwise they take the risk that they could loose in a long term their deals for those series.
