The Switch has Doom, Rocket League, Disgaea 5 compete, Minecraft (almost 13x larger than ps3/360 worlds) and Skyrim.
What 3rd party games on the Wii were similar in quality and scale to those AAA games? really I'm having trouble thinking of a single one, there was some fairly decent downports of previous gen versions of call of duty games, but I don't think they're on the level of the above.
