Yeah, It does send the review to the queue for approval after you hit continue.

What happens is after filling out the Critic, link to the review and review score you hit continue (the review goes to the queue) then it sends you back to http://www.vgchartz.com/gamedb/

But the rest of the info submitted also require approval, so why are critic reviews, and reporting a game, behaving differently?
