I would not call what he did as, "sexual assault." Was he bad a reading cues? Sure, but he never forced himself on her or made her do anything after she said, no. She even texted him the next day and told him she felt uncomfortable. He texted back, he understood and was sorry. When I'm with a women after we've gone out and we came back to one of our places, of course I'm going to try and make a move. If she ever said no, which has happened, then I stopped. This sounds similar to this.
