I see no need to really vilify either party involved. It is largely in the hands of society how to react to something like this, not on the accuser or the accused. As such, we have simply learned a little bit about Ansari's personal life (something not entirely uncommon for celebrities).
What do we do with this information? It is the role of the discussion to figure that part out, not to attack the accuser.
