Remasters and last-gen ports are now commonplace across all three platform holders. They don't take as long to produce and help pad out the library. Also many people did not get to play games like Tropical Freeze because the Wii U did not sell well(sadly) so they Donkey Kong brand benefits as does the Switch brand. I don't see a problem with this as the console has not been out even a year and already has an amazing Zelda title as well as an amazing Mario title. Chances are very high that Switch will receive it's own Smash Bros/Mario Kart etc in a few years although I do see a port of Super Smash Bros. happening in the next 12 months.
