Well, I think Geralt has a point, sure...I don't OBVIOUSLY agree it will sell less than 15 million but I don't think it'll be huge like many people think. The Switch right now is a "cool" item but I don't think it's a MUST in your household like a PS4 is. The PS4 is that must-have, FULL throttle entertainment system for the entire family. 100 million is the MOST I see it doing - and that's being generous! Realistically, somewhere around 80 million is more likely because I think it is a hot item now but I just don't see it lasting. Those would be amazing numbers for Nintendo anyway. It boils down to how many people actually LOVE their Nintendo franchises. I personally grew up on Nintendo but don't value these franchises like I used to when I was a kid. I could enjoy them but I simply can live without them. Games like The Last of Us or Shadow of the Colossus made such an impact on me I would display the steel books/box on the shelf.

This reads like a denial ridden Wii post from mid-2007.

;) It won't once my prediction becomes close to accurate. Just wait and see, man. If it exceeds 100 (heck, if it even exceeds 80 I'll admit I was wrong and be utterly impressed.) I don't hate Nintendo or anything. The NES got me into video games, after all. It's still one of my favourite consoles of all time and the best Nintendo has ever created. This statement is just how I feel...honestly. Say what you will. Think what you will. And yes, PlayStation is home to video games that actually impacted me on an emotional level. Once that happens, it stays with you for LIFE! I have no choice but to be a PlayStation supporter. :)
