Without having done the rewatch yet, all I'll say about the incredible Hulk, is that I actually liked the fact that they basically skipped the origin the story. In my opinion, everything that comes before Bruce Banner becoming the Hulk, and that actual process, isn't really important at all. He's your standard super smart scientist character, working on some project or other to serve a greater good, he's a nice, timid guy, blablabla, something goes wrong, he becomes the Hulk. None of that is important to what defines him as a character, which - to me at least - is the duality and the fear that comes with his being the Hulk. The "other guy," and the genuine worry he has for something triggering him into this uncontrollable wrecking ball of destruction is the important thing you have to establish when you're trying to let people in on who this guy is, and I feel the Incredible Hulk did this very well. At least I did when I last saw it.
