Well the 3DS does have a few more titles lined up for it. Like Sushi Striker, Detective Pikachu, the third Dillon game, and perhaps one unannounced game. Ah, last retail titles I should of said. I recall them already covering that Sushi game in the last direct, and when was the last time we heard from Detective Pikachu? The West still hasn't gotten the game and Japan still only has episode 1. At this point I'd think they're shifting the series over to Switch. If they announce yet another game for 3DS then I will eat my Switch!

Retail, digital, they're all 3DS games. No need to make the distinction, especially since retail games are available to download from the eShop anyway.
