I had my eye on this one, I think you or Cloud mentioned in the Manga thread. Is it airing next season or the one after? 

Both of us talk about it.  It airs in Spring.  No fighting in it, though.  

I like that it's about working adults rather than kids.  The female lead is a fujoshi otaku and the male lead is a gamer.  They're basically trying to date while dealing with the hobbies of the other party.  They even have a date where neither of them is allowed to reference anything otaku-ish.  

Also, the main female is cute and her female friend with the glasses is really sexy.
