Actually, it's about as much opinion as saying someone is fat. Yeah, subjectively a bag of bones could call Jennifer Lawrence far, but a whale could call her skinny. That said, there's a solid benchmark on where being medically overweight begins.
And Rey? She hits every, single point for Mary Sue. So while you may be able to argue subjectively that Rey isn't nearly as Mary Sure as, say, any generic fanfic oc... She is still objectively Mary Sue based on the fact that so much evidence lines up to say so.
