Well you could also arguing that PS4 has easily strongest 3rd party support and thats 3rd party support is most important for PS4, and that all those multiplatform games are working and look best on PS4 from all consoles.

500 HDD is definitely more expensive than 32GB memory in Switch, and definitely it can fit more big digital games on PS4 than it can on Switch.

Comparing PS4 peak year in 4 years with launch Switch year where Switch had huge stock problem most of time doesnt make any sense. But it we talk about first year sales, Switch sales are on pair with PS4 sales for first 9 months on market, and actually now with holiday season Switch will not easily have better sales for first 10 months on market than PS4 had, and fact that Switch had huge stock problems most of the time and fact that Switch comes after failed console makes Switch sales more impresive for now than it is for PS4 in 1st year.

More impressive? For Sony the change from ps3 to ps4 is far more impressive. They went from making billions in losses to making billions in profit.

Overall last gen Nintendo were making a profit anyway and its not increased as much as it has for Sony.

Sony now have more people playing playstation consoles then Nintendo do playing their consoles. Obviously they are the happier. More players and more profit. The bigger brand.

We were talking about sales of consoles not profit, but in any case ofcourse, Nintendo went from their worst selling console and one of biggest fails in console gaming, to one of best selling console in first year, Switch will probably outsell Wii U LT numbers in less than in a year, you forget all those Nintendos doom, Nintendo will exit console gaming, Nintendo needs start releasing games for PS/XB...it very clear whats here far more impresive if we talk about 1st year sales. That's definitely far more impressive than going from PS3 to PS4, not to mention that Nintendo also were selling Wii U at start with loss while they selling Switch with profit out of gate.

Overall in last gen Nintendo had only years of loses in its entire history (more than 100 years), but regardless that they managed to finish even that gen in profit.

You again comparing Switch thats only one year on market and PS4 thats 4 years on market dont make sense. How much Sony made profit after PS4 first year on market, and how much Nintendo will make profit after full fiscal year with Switch, that will be intresting.
