Not really, thats the price Nintendo has to pay by making a unified platform. 

Want to be more specific? Last i checked switch>>>>>3DS+WiiU when it comes to actually making money. Im sure nintendo is happy with the results either way. And tbf switch wont be getting 2 new mario karts/ 2 new 2D Marios /etc.
