Why would it? Wii U is dead and buried, the chances of the next Zelda launching on it are about as high as the Last of Us Part II coming out on Vita.

Yeah they could theoretically build a more linear sequel reusing the engine/code from Botw and get it done by 2020, but knowing the Zelda team I think it's more likely they'll go for a "more of the same but bigger/better" conventional sequel, which I think will take at least 5 years even with the headstart that Botw gives them.
