This is a bit long but Pai explains a lot in the video. I didn't realize when Bill Clinton was Prez that he insisted on minimal government regulations for the internet. I also didn't know that the FCC was simply rolling back NN title 2 to NN title 1, while also allowing the FCC to step in if it see's anyone in the free market getting out of line.
I have hope. We'll see what happens and how it really plays out though.
