Yep. Always go Media Create.  I look at it like going with Famitsu is like taking VGC numbers (with access to more data points, of course) over NPD.  MC is who all the companies quote, as well. 

Yeap, i wish i could celebeate famitsu cuz switch almost 200k though :p
