have you tried dosbox? http://www.dosbox.com/ It takes a cursory knowledge of computer programming (which I assume you have) to use, but it runs all dos games I've thrown at it with no problems. (Duke Nukem ftw!!)
OT: I've never actually seen MGS4, but going from what the reviews said, (and watching the trailers) I'm going to say it has the best graphics of any console game ever. The only game that comes close on a console it GT5:P.
