So, Capcom announced yesterday that they will release a Collection of old Street Fighter games to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the franchise. This pack includes the original, many MANY versions of SFII and a couple of SFIII versions. And it's coming to the Switch too.

On one hand, I'm glad Capcom is starting to speed up their releases on the Switch, and considering the console has been a very good place for fighting games, I guess it makes sense. On the other hand, Capcom just released SFII Ultra. Like, a couple of months ago. Granted, SFII Ultra is an HD version of SFII, but it's still more or less the same game. And the price will probably be similar. I can see people who bought SFII Ultra being quite angry by the fact they paid 30-40€ for a single old SF game when they could have waited and gotten a much complete package for a similar price. And Capcom still has to release new games into the Switch instead of old ports, Megaman 11 nonwithstanding.

What do you think? Are you glad Capcom is bringing this game to the Switch, or are you mad of them cashing in with SFII Ultra before releasing the collection?

You know it deserves the GOTY.
