Last year there were 196 days (6 months and 12 days, from May 26th to December 7th) between the 40mil and 50mil announcements from Sony, assuming it takes the same amount of time to go from 60.4mil (they announced 60.4mil, not 60mil) to 70mil we should get the announcement on December 26th. Subtract a few days because there was a 400k headstart and the insane Black Friday and I'd give it a week or 2.
