It looks really silly to be honest. Batman "ninja" wearing samurai armor fighting with a katana when he's unwilling to kill while stuck in an age of Japan where everyone fought to the death and had a very different sense of morality. He would be killed by the first samurai he didn't show enough respect to. 
Seems more like some kind of attempt to create more batman fans out of the Japanese or batman fans out of anime fans. Anyway, I do hope whoever is interested in it likes it or finds it entertaining. *shrugs
