The pro did launch in November and you always have a few hardcore buyers. But I was thinking worldwide (probably be close to a million first year WW) and not just in the US. My US numbers for first year estimate are 450k. Mainly because you always have quite a few day one buyers. So there is a good chance XoneX trumps PS4pro in USA.
