Lets wait and see a third party actually attempt to try and earn that spot first. From what has released far at least, I think we could all agree Nintendo is the only one really doing so and therefore deserving of the places in the top 10 best selling Switch games. 

Maybe Ubisoft will.  We'll see.  My Switch will only be used for Nintendo games.

I mean I get where you are coming from and I do partly/mostly agree, but I think if for example Square Enix makes Dragon Quest 12 or Capcom makes a brand new Monster Hunter game exclusively for Switch, it could make it to the top 10.

If Switch sells well who's knows how much dedication some companies may put into it. Besides the 10th best selling game could still be at like 5+ million, 3rd party games can still do impressive numbers even if they are below that.
