They do this because they follow a different business model than the Switch implies.

And even if it was they could easily get round that by having a *not all features available in all versions* disclaimer at the bottom or something. For years the Xbox version had a feature the PS version didn't (legends) yet they didn't pretend the PS version didn't exist
