All I meant was, saying it should run at max specs on Switch cos it's 6 years old doesn't make sense, cos the version running on Switch is not the same as the 6 year old version.

it does make sense though, the xbone/ps4 are just ports of 6 year old games with upgrades, and the most demanding upgrades are removed from switch. with really the color palate, and water shaders being the main difference from the original.   

I think the additional detail in things like vegetation stands out as well:

The last gen version looks rather sparse by comparison, with a lot of empty spots where now there are shrubs/ferns/etc.
