He said publishers. I'm not sure Indies would count. Maybe, maybe not.
Nintendo has some restrictions though, it's not like the app store. I think a lot of them are probably real publishers.
Is it so hard to believe? The Switch is getting a lot of momentum right now, developers are being pressured by the market. Some of them even had to explain themselves not too long ago.
