well in terms of exclusives, both Nintendo and Sony have a load of single-player stuff on the way. And we've just seen a great launch for Mario and probably Ass Creed Origins too.
The so called problem of single-player games seems to be an issue with MS & EA alone. Most recent single-player games that deserved better, such as Dishonoured 2 and Prey, didn't fail because they were single-player, but because of a mixture of stupid release dates, bugs and lack of marketing
