AC didnt do well and being number 1 was expected. SMO almost beat it.

 

Edit: of course AC has digital so maybe it didnt do that bad. That said its on par with ACS after the hiatus.  Good word of mouth should push it surpass ACS thougj

a.c. did do well. It's after beating one of the most iconic ips ever in the UK. As you said legs should be good. With digital and pc digital sales included ubi will be happy 

Legs and digital will be good but you cant use that beating one of the most iconic ips ever (especially in the uk) because thats tipping it in your favor.

 

SMO is the biggest launch ever for a 3d mario (they never sold over 80k+ fw in the uk) and AC has its 2nd lowest debut (when considering the franchise use to pull even much bigger numbers)

 

AC didnt flop so noone is saying that, but with that its low in comparsion to what Ubi probably wanted and its down in sales with ACS (could be different elsewhere though)
