Change to PM functionality

I've only been back in the code for about a week now, so I'm still trying to figure some things out. I will take any lead I can find, on this...

I did it the way I always did it. I went to my profile, clicked on "games", then used the "add games" box to type in the game name, then I clicked on, I believe... my games to add it to my library. I tried to add Lolipop Chainsaw today, but when it came up, it only allowed for it to be added to "wishlist" or "tracked" I don't know if that helps, but I hope it does somehow.

Games can still be added to your library, I just added Street Fighter 2. I think that TalonMan is talking about adding entirely new games (e.g. Mario Odyssey), which hasn't been possible since a long time already.
