After trying for week and a half to get a new password, got a new PC and forgot the old PW (is there a way to set a new PW???). I've been trying to use this nice feature to send me a new PW for the last week to no avail until today - it worked!!!
Anyways, it's good to be back.
EDIT: Just noticed I should have put this under the Website sub-forum...
