Be sure to wear a naruto/boruto/bleach tshirt and plod about in downtown akihabara pointing at anything and everything and going in every arcade you see to really hit the nail hard on the head stereotype wise.
But as I always say, stereotypes exist for a reason, and if you did exactly as suggested I would have a hard time finding you in a crowd of other foreigners.
