Well in many ways Horizon is actually a better series then the Motorsports series and overall Playground Games (Horizon series) is now a better developer then Turn 10 (Motorsports series). Plus they are working on a non racing game also. |
Why deviate from the point?
FM is supposedly a simulator, FH is a arcade open world. FM drop and PC being the only other sim in Xbox also selling bad means the racing simulation crowd in Xbox is small, so the allegedly king of simulation people try to put it as (meaning GT lost the position) can't bring public to the console and have a hard time selling. That is as simple as that. Good racing games of varied type is available on both platforms since couple gen ago, but GT as a sim only managed to sell consistently. That either shows GT can bring more public to the console or that the race sim category have more fans on PS.

Meh games almost never turn out as good as early footage there where no cutbacks when you compare it to 6. Pretty much everyone agrees its an improvement over 6. |
So you'll just ignore the thread he point of cuts compared to FM6? The hardware for FM5, 6 and 7 is the same. So even if they done better polish and dev on each title it's possible that for some improvements they had to trade-off some cutbacks... if you cares about them is another subject, but to deny them isn't right.
