That's kind of a vague criticism. What aspect about the direction was poor? Why don't you like Rogue One?

Was the plot not contrived or cliched enough?
Was the acting not bad enough?
Was the dialogue not cringey enough?
Were the characters not inconsistent or goofy enough?
Was the film too violent?
Were there not enough blatant merchandize plugs?

The director was bad (which is obvious by looking at his filmography, Godzilla and Monsters lol), there was no talent behind the camera, the scenes were boring and uninspired, it has little value when it comes to cinematography, the humor was dumb, the story was fine but the execution was not.

That's not true at all. And who cares about his past films, it's not relevant - Jon Demme made Silence of the Lambs after making Married to the Mob and Something Wild.
Rogue One is a great direction, exciting and incredibly inspired scenes. It has the best part of any Star Wars film, and it's not even close:

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
