So I was watching some Dragon Ball Super these last weeks. I think there's probably an insane amount of backlash, I really enjoyed it. But I have a somewhat weird, and not popular opinion about the anime. I wouldn't call myself the biggest fan of the series, but I can agree with this actually. The Buu arcs seem to get a lot of hate, and yet that's where I felt the most interested in it. The whole series required suspension of disbelief anyway, so dropping the sci-fi disguised fantasy helped make it feel more like the original series, which I also liked a lot more.

I think my favorite scene was when Goku was trying to use his Spirit Bomb but failing to get the level he needed, only for Mr. Satan to decide to join in and ask everyone in the world to help. It thought it was clever how everyone's least favorite character suddenly became the MVP.

Then does that mean you like GTs Black Star Dragonball Saga?
